- Each county lists lenders who participate in our individual homeownership programs and their phone numbers.

- Your next course of action would be to contact your participating lender of choice to let them know you are in the process of buying your home and are interested in IHCDA's programs. As your lender, they will try to qualify you for the first mortgage and help you through the IHCDA process.
